Before / After Photo's

Ramos Design Build Corporation was awarded an Aurora Award during the Annual Industry Gala at the 2010 Southeast Building Conference/Green Building Show in Orlando. Ramos Design Build renovated a luxury waterfront town home into a clean contemporary and sophisticated space.  This once Mediterranean style home was transformed into modern luxury.  Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a pair of over-scaled custom sapele-wood and glass entry doors.  The existing wrought iron staircase railing was replaced with a simple and elegant tempered glass and stainless steel design.  The traditional style cabinetry throughout the home was refaced with clean, sleek custom espresso wood and accented with stainless steel hardware.  Custom designed white quartz-stone countertops were added.  The Main Guest bathroom was transformed into a virtual jewel box with dramatic glass pebbled wall coverings, whimsical crystal ball lighting and a clever sliding-glass and wood screen tub concealer.  Throughout the home, custom display areas were created to house the client’s unique collections.  The objective of creating a space as special and unique as the individual who occupies was artfully achieved.
